White sequence crop top (Express size XS)

Never used (still with tag) white sequence crop top from Express. Size XS As you can see on the photos, there is a yellow discoloration. I had it in my closet for over a year and I’m not sure how that discoloration took place. I’m sure there is a way to get the discoloration out but I wanted to keep the tag on.
