Composition: Body: 60% Cotton, 40% Silk Lining: 100% Cotton Measurements: 13 inches at waist. 18 inches from top of waistband to bottom hem. Care: Dry Clean for best results. I washed it on gentle cycle and line dried. No flaws. In excellent condition.
