Crop top crochet top with flare sleeves

Crop top crochet black and white top. Beautiful with jeans. Never worn size medium. Can we worn baggy if it’s bigger than your normal size or just right if you’re a size medium. Can we worn with black bra underneath or a top underneath as well.
