deejor8 @kittydkat best of my ability to measure it about 16” they are extremely soft leather very hard to measure the circumference.

deejor8 @kittydkat hi there is no mildew scent on the boots they have no scent that smells like mildew or mold they do have some stains and scuffs on them they were worn as you can see from photos.
