Ingriddress- size S but could be M

Ingrid dress- Dress NOT true to size. This is marked small however to my disappointment it is NOT a small. This could be a M or can also potentially be a L. I have added measurements. This pic that I have added is from the website. The material honestly is not that great, but also not too too bad. This dress came from China and they refused to provide me with a refund. 😕. BUT it is a super cute dress, maybe didn't fit my body type right. Dress is super stretchy.
