Blue Sherri Hill prom dress with beaded details

Worn twice to high school proms. About four years old. Not very worn in terms of condition, there are a few loose beads and gems as seen in the images. The length has been altered at the front (can refer to the pics, it is shorter in the front than the back). I’m about 5’4” and it fit me perfectly with heels. There is a rip at the back in only the third layer of fabric. At the top in the back there was an additional clip added at the collar (is removable). Built in cups, fits about a size C.
