@marissaweir it has an elastic band so it can stretch... i fluctuate from a 9 to a 13 and it fits my waist fine.

@shannondelia hi, the back has an elastic band so it can stretch to about 20 inches flat ( making it 40" waist) but let me measure what it is without stretch.
