60s 70s vintage red cream ringer terry cloth mini romper shorts playsuit small

this is a fun and playful vintage one piece romper from the late 60s or early 70s featuring a cream terry cloth body and striking red trimming – I love the sporty retro look, and it would be perfect to wear casually in warmer months, or as a beach cover up! the sleeveless playsuit features a straight neckline and wide straps, a high waistline, ultra short mini shorts, and is made of a soft and lightweight terry cloth fabric that has a bit of stretch and is unlined. the playsuit goes on pull-on style, and the garment is fitted, relaxed, and comfortable to wear. tagged as size medium, however I would say this fits a bit smaller, and would best fit adult womens size small (or extra small). in good pre-loved vintage condition with minor speckles/staining throughout the garment – please refer to pictures. measurements (lying flat): bust (armpit to armpit): 22” across (44” when doubled) pit inseam (pit to sleeve cuff): 17” – replacement measurement for sleeve length, as there are no shoulder seams centre back length (without collar): 25” bottom hem opening: 17” – when closed, but has stretch
