60's A-Line Dress Pattern - Butterick #4386 - Size 18 - Bust 38 - Size 6 - 8

This is Butterick pattern 4386 for a A-line, one-piece dress, size 18, bust 38. There is no date on it, but I'm quite confident it is from the 60's - 70's. It is about a modern day size 6 - 8. All the pieces are present and uncut. The instructions are included. It is in excellent condition with some wear and soiling to the envelope. Please see the pictures for details.
