60's Butterick Pattern 5679 - One-Piece Misses Dress - Bust 41 - 60's Mini Dress

This is Butterick pattern 5679 for a 60's style one-piece dress. It is a misses size 18.5 with a 41" bust. There is no date on it, but it is from the late 60's, possibly early 70's. It is approximately a modern day size 12. All the pieces are present. The instructions are included. It is in very good condition with some wear and tear to the envelope.
