60's "Cooking the Co-op Way" Cookbook - 60's Federated Co-op - Western Canada

This is the 1963, 3rd printing of "Cooking the Co-op Way" from MB, SK, AB Co-operative Women's Guild in conjunction with the Federated Co-operatives Limited. This book has a plastic coil and includes some color illustrations. There's even a "washday casserole" recipe a "busy Monday time-saver"!! In very good vintage shape, there are some spots of cover soiling, a name in ink on the inside, and some soiling on the page edges. Please see the pictures for details.
