60's Gourmates Serving Pieces - 4 - Serveware - Utensils - Bakelite - Glo-Hill

Not easy pieces to find. This is a set of 4 Gourmates by Glo-Hill 60's serving pieces. Made of stainless steel metal with cherry red bakelite handles, this made in Canada serving utensils set includes a meat fork, carving knife, bar knife and cake server. The knife is stamped Glo-Hill and stainless steel. Serving Fork: 11" Serving Knife: 12.25" Bar Knife: 8.25" Cake Server: 9.5" In good vintage condition, the fork has some peeling near the handle (is it not all stainless?) and some bakelite fading. The knife has some bakelite fading. The cake server's in two pieces. Please see the pictures for details. That being said, these are so fabulous, you might be able to overlook the flaws (and fix the server).
