Almost like a softer upholstery fabric. perfect for shoulder season worn with tights or as is. Not itchy -- May even be a handmade item as no size or tags anywhere! I see this as best fit US 2 or 4. -- Gorgeous rainbow colours throughout with a navy base. -- Love this item but too small for comfort! -- In such great condition that I don't see it as a true 1960s piece ... but who knows....maybe!
