60s Plaid Tartan Wool Highlander Maxi Skirt woven in Scotland Scottish Pleated Red Green Leather Buckles Gorgeous rich colors. High quality skirt made in Scotland. Crisp pleats. Maxi length at 38” long. Has minor wear in front but otherwise Excellent condition. There are leather buckles down the front so waist size is adjustable. On the tightest buckle it is about 26” waist and on the loosest it is 30”. Because it is a wrap style skirt, the buckles can be moved either way to go even smaller or larger than it currently is.
