60's Preppy Plaid Fabric - 2.58 yards x 56" wide - Sewing Fabric - Retro Fabric

This is a super rad piece of uncut vintage fabric. Measuring 2.58 yards by 56 inches wide, this plaid has teal/spearmint/black/peach coloring. There is no fabric content label, but let's just say it's super 60's synthetic. It is not soft like fortel, but feels more like a linen, but it does put off quite a chemical smell when it was ironed. That being said, this would be SO cute as a pinafore or a pair of pants. Accent cushions would also be super cool. I just love the color!! Please note that this fabric comes from a cat-lover's home and has not been laundered.
