60’s vintage Chic Black and Cream A-Line Dress with Pink Belt

This chic A-line dress features a classic black velvet bodice and embossed cream skirt portion. Attached pink satin sash with large rhinestones. Authentic vintage 1960s with metal zipper. Shown fitting perfectly on a size 6 mannequin whose measurements are bust 34 inches waist 28 inches. There is a slight amount of wear in the armpit area of the velvet.
