60s vintage brown hand painted floral art to wear suede leather button up vest

this is a unique vintage button up vest from the 60s or 70s featuring a black suede/leather body that has been hand painted or stenciled all over with an intricate floral pattern in shades of red, brown and white. there are a few parts that the paint is a bit smudged, which I actually think adds more character, since it really shows it was done by hand! the sleeveless vest features a v neckline, a four front button closure with leather buttons, and the vest has been crocheted together at the seams with orange/rust colored threading. the vest is made of a fairly stiff genuine suede/leather that is lightweight and unlined. this folky vest is truly art to wear and would make a great addition to your closet! the garment is untagged but I would say this vest would best fit womens size medium (oversized fit) or large. in good vintage condition with minor staining and smudging of paint, loosely threaded buttons, some creasing and folding of the leather at the bottom hem, and some signs of wear inside of the vest. measurements (lying flat): bust (pit to pit): 18.5” (37” when doubled) centre back length: 19”
