60s vintage red white abstract print retro mod gogo mini shorts playsuit romper

this is a gorgeous vintage playsuit romper from the late 60s featuring a bright and striking red and cream abstract print design – the construction of the garment feels handmade, likely making it one-of-a-kind! the sleeveless romper features a high neckline, wide leg mini shorts, and a metal zipper that zips down the front (the zipper was recently professionally repaired/replaced). the fabric feels like a thick canvas/woven cotton twill fabric with no stretch, and is unlined. the fit of the playsuit is fitted yet relaxed, making it super comfortable to wear (like a second skin) and perfect for summer! size is untagged but I would say this best fits adult womens size small – I find that the fit of the bodice is a bit short, so please compare measurements with a garment that you already own. in good condition with minor staining at the back and light signs of wear/discoloration throughout (please refer to pictures), but generally in well preserved condition for its age. measurements (lying flat): bust (pit to pit): 16.5” waist: 16.5” (or 33” when doubled) hips: 17-18” inseam (crotch seam to bottom hem): 7” top of back to crotch seam: 26” centre back length: 31.5”
