what's chest measurement when laying flat ? what's material ? is it soft and stretchy

@yenvunguyen hi! There is a bit of stretch. The fabric is poly, elastin and spandex. It’s fully lined with the elastin in the back for stretch. Measurements lying flat ptp 14.5 unstretched it stretches out to about 18. Front measures 10-11. Hope that helps!!!
