@chancelot123 hi! It is cute, isn’t it?! It is a true 3X. The measurements provided are “flat lay”; that is, the skirt has been measured across the waist while laying flat. The approx. true waist measurement is double the measurement provided (so, 42” +stretch). I hope that’s helpful!
