Ruffle Polka Dot Skirt

New with tags polka dot print ruffle skirt. Measures 25” in length. (For reference, I’m 5’7 and it is knee length on me.) It would ideally fit someone who is usually a size 2 in dresses even though it says size small. I am a curvy size 4 and it was not so forgiving for me, which is why I have to part ways with such a cute skirt. 😭 Can be either dressed up or down and looking for a new owner.
