chellebee69 Hi again, sorry to bother you but do you have any idea of when my purchase might arrive? Bought it on the 18th and paid for Expidited shipping. USPS says tracking isnt available since it was shipped manually?

chellebee69 Hi again, sorry to bother you. Just spoke with USPS, they said a mailing label was created 7 days ago but you didnt give them the package to mail until yesterday? If you mailed it Priority Express would you send me the tracking number please? Thanks

chellebee69 @madcutethreads Can you tell me when my order will ship? Its been over 10 days now and I paid for Expidited Shipping. I contacted Poshmark about the lengthy delays and have sent numerous messages to you but have heard nothing, can you please tell me whats wrong with my order?

madcutethreads @chellebee69 I haven't responded because your first message was 18 hours ago which was late last night for me. I have called USPS this morning and I'm currently waiting to hear back from them. The package was picked up from my carrier at my home. I was told they are contacting them because the scanner they use shows they picked up /scanned in the package 2 days ago but no tracking has updated. I was planning on responding once I hear back from them so I have more information to give you.

chellebee69 @madcutethreads I was concerned that there was an issue since its been over 10 days. PM sent me a message that they reminded you to mail it a while back ago, so needless to say I got concerned.

chellebee69 @madcutethreads Last thing I saw yesterday was that theres no tracking since it was mailed "manually"....whatever that means. It shouldnt take this long and have no tracking capabilities if something is mailed "Expidited Shipping (1-3days)". Also, I reached out to you yesterday at 4PM and 6PM my time. If your outside of the States then I do apologize for expecting a reply before 9PM.

Would you mind checking with your Post Office to see if theres an issue? Only reason I ask is because recently I had one that was being held for additional postage but they didn't notify us. Thanks

chellebee69 @madcutethreads Good morning, just wondered if you'd heard anything yet? With today being Halloween, its been nearly 14 days since I placed the order. Ive been emailing Poshmark nearly everyday since it still shows USPS is "awaiting the package". Either way, not paying for something thats never coming so I told Poshmark Id give them til tomorrow before filing a claim with my CC company. If you know anything at all though, Id love to hear from you. Thanks

chellebee69 @madcutethreads Okay, so its 1PM Texas time, hope I'm not waking you but I need to know something about my order, its been nearly 15 days? Poshmark shows your online and active today so I'm going to assume you got my last 4 or so daily inquiries? Not sure exactly whats going on but your customer service resolution skills have been greatly lacking in regard to this issue, timely responses or periodic updates would be great 😕

chellebee69 @madcutethreads Just received a message from USPS that they just received possession of my item today at 12:55PM, why did it take so long to mail it?? I already filed a claim with my credit card company and PM for services/goods not rendered in the timeframe specified.

madcutethreads @chellebee69 Unfortunately, this happened to all my packages I had shipped the same day as yours. I was told it was scanned in when picked up that it was just not tracking/updating but it didn't show it was scanned. After 3 phone calls, 9 out of 12 orders from that day scanned in today. It was an issue with my local mail carrier, but no other information was given. It was a nightmare trying to get information about this issue & I'm sorry for any inconvenience this caused.

madcutethreads @chellebee69 I completely understand.I haven't been able to reply as often as what is usual for me. Although no excuse I just brought my twins home from the NICU a week ago. I wasn't purposely ignoring the situation. I could have communicated better and I apologize for that. Thank you for being understanding as most aren't as patience as you have been.
