ecposh Hi can you give me measurements and does this have stretch; also can I wear as a tube top ? Thank you

allyb3031 @ecposh the top has elastic and measures approx 16” across and measures approx 17 1/2” from top to bottom (I’ve added photos for reference), there are holes for your arms, but because of the stretch, you can wear it off your shoulders. Hope this helps!
