14k gold necklace with small pearl and diamond

My mom gave me a lot of her jewelry and this is one of those I never use. The necklace is solid 14k. I’m not sure if the pearl and diamond are natural or man made. The small size made me think they’re natural, but the pearl is so perfect it may be man made. The length of the necklace is 18”, you can also use the paper in the pics for reference, it’s letter size. It comes with the box! Great for Prom, wedding, or any party.
