fresheagleboots @kuj2565 Hi! The boot height is measured from the foot bed to to top of the shoe, so it does not include the heel height. Let me know if you have any other questions!

fsmla3 Hello! Just double-checking the sole-length on the size 37, is 9.75 accurate? Any feedback so far on if these run big or true? I've been reading Amazon reviews and the consensus seems to be that these run big (I'm usually a 37.5-38) but the sole length seems shorter than most of my current shoes. Thanks!

fresheagleboots Hi @fsmla3! Yes those measurements are accurate. Aigle seems to fluctuate a bit where some style run large and some run small and some run true to size. I haven't gotten much feedback on these but I have a pair myself and they ran a little big for me, so I sized down. I hope that helps!

fresheagleboots @ari8a They are all new with tags! However, these are the regular, not the fur lined. I shared my fur listing with you, but I only have the fur in 35 and 36, no 37.
