O'Neill Board Shorts Size 3

These shorts are very busy. White polka dots , black floral, hot pink trim on waist and cuffs. Not enough? As an extra bonus there is more patterned hot pink throughout. They won't lose you in a crowd. 100% polyester. These run big. Tag says a 3 but I beg to differ. Waist is 16" flat. I'd say 10-12. Never worn cause they never fit. Not lined.
