So , this really IS lovely & unique, but quite vintage …early 90’s —Urban Outfitters.
So it’s ‘delicate’ indeed .
I scoured the dress again for you just now.
2 little holes are in the front —Appx 2mm diameter.
Hard to see them as it IS so transparent and gauzey — with GAZILLIONS of “tinier” holes ! 😉🤣
I’ve added 2 pics ( last one is how I would repair it 😇😉🤞🏻)

There’s no fabric tag sadly , it’s a very SOFT gauze, no at all scratchy …
I’m no material expert , my guess would be cotton ( see the Etsy pic I added ..?)
But don’t hold me to it , there IS some give to the fabric — if that helps ?
