Hand engrave Ottoman prayer sterling pendant chain

This is an amazing Ottoman miniature hand-engraved Muslim prayer sterling silver pendant and chain. The pendant is quite old but I’m not sure of its exact age. It is engraved in the front and back. Stamped 925 on the pendant itself and the bail. There is a sign that says “ayatol korsi” or something like it on its back. The chain is more modern. It is stamped Italy and 925 and measures 20 inches long. Comes with a beautiful gift box. In excellent vintage condition.
