He is aporox 4in in height. Can be used as a cat/dog toy. My mom uses hers as a Christmas ornament. You can also put him on your key chain or hang him from bag or purse. There may be some variations amongst them as these are handmade by me. He can come with a scarf or not. Colors will vary. If you have a request on color i will see what I have I can infuse with catnip for the kitty if you would like to use it as a cat toy 😀
