mjmacias @evieuh hello! It has some elasticity but it’s been a while since I wore this so let me check on the stretch and send some measures when I get home tonight. :)

mjmacias @evieuh hello again! The skirt has a black elastic band and then elastic smocking for about 2 inches below the black elastic band. It has some stretch but maxes out at around 13.5 inches (so double to 27 inches for waist total) but more comfortably stretches to 13 inches (26 total). I hope this helps.
