poshednfound @tp72 hi! The length is 27". Letting the top fall straight down (i.e., not pulling out any of the loose folds or stretching it at all), the chest is approx 18-18.5". Because of how it's made, though, there is extra fabric in the gathering at the neckline, and that extra fabric can be pulled to 19.5 or 20" easily, without fully stretching all of the folds or pulling the fabric taut, if that makes sense?
