Vintage MCM Green plain 1970s boho dress Sz M

Green plaid dress with necktie and matching jacket circa 1974. Probably about a size M. I happen to know this came with a matching hat, but alas, I don’t have it. There’s a hole on the side seam that can be mended. Fully lined. Worn once. Chest: 17 Waist: 14.5 Hips: 18.5 Length 55
