SOLD❤️ Green fit and flare dress with flutter sleeves

This dark green dress has a pleated, flared skirt and fun ruffled sleeves. It’s a solid knit fabric, so it’s comfy and has plenty of stretch. It would be perfect to wear to a wedding! GUC—one small snag on back of skirt; only worn a few times. It’s a true green—less blue than it looks in photos. (Brand is Knitee; tagged Modcloth for exposure.)
