Vintage, likely 1980-90s baby girl 6-12 months cotton smocked dress. Sky blue with bunny buttons, polka dot on the top and a 2 pockets at the front. No size tag, but based on measurements, likely a size 6-12 months. Approximate measurements: 17" from top to bottom and 12" at the waist.
