Beautiful vintage piece. Note: One of the middle buttons is missing a buttonhole, and there is an extra buttonhole at the top of the piece, however it is still totally wearable as it is, and issue can easily be fixed by buyer if you wish. (see last pictures for details) No size on tag but fits women size small.
