Didn’t even use a different photo! Wow. Several buyers got spell from this fake page too. Report each item and listing. I am drafting long email to posh right now! This is not acceptable! If you purchased contact posh request refund! You will not get the items! Sad world! This is forth account 24 hours. I got other three removed. I’m sure there are more.

mcgarveyface11oh wow! does this mean if it’s priced too low (for spell) it’s a scam? that’s so sad! i feel like a dummy now😭

Is this listing inappropriate? Report Listing

boho_bargainsShe’s sending out fake spell or nothing at all?!?!

Aug 21Reply

jolieespofxfake Spell ?

Aug 21Reply

chellesscloset@morenabby not sure but definitely other sellers listings and used same pic two profiles different names. I’m guessing empty boxes full with paper or something to make it weight something or random $1 items is what I hear they’re doing.

Aug 21Reply

chellesscloset@jolieespofx the person using all listing photos from other sellers pages copying word for word

Aug 21Reply

jolieespofx@chellesscloset so she's nothing but a copy cat 😺...lol .. hopefully she sends the items she sells. ..😱

Aug 21Reply

buttonandthread@jolieespofx -but, even IF she had the items, it could come all damaged & jacked up. Yet, posh would refer to photos in listing & description. You’d be SOL & they’d side w/her. But, let’s be honest, she doesn’t have those items. Same person has like 4 - 5 accounts currently, doing this. And, she’s claimed they are all her photos…but all it takes is a simple search of recently sold listings to see the pics are from other poshers sold listings. No matter what, it’s fraudulent.

Aug 21Reply

chellesscloset@buttonandthread exactly! And posh should be protecting the buyer! That’s why I look like a loon posting all this because I don’t know another way warn ppl since posh isn’t. Not even a report scam button!

Aug 21Reply

chellesscloset@jolieespofx no you can tell in convos it’s likely a man. And they are same profile photo with different names. And exact listings. Even wording. It’s a complete scam.

Aug 21Reply

buttonandthread@chellesscloset - I know…it’s sucks. Well, I spent the night messaging nearly anybody & everybody who did a like on her’s listings (and the the ausinnn96415854 & sylviabgibbso22 users) , letting them know to beware. One girl had just bought a FP jacket. She contact posh to cancel. I Was up till 4am sending messages of caution, lol. Just pathetic. Sent posh letters too & pics of proof. They say they’re on it…

Aug 21Reply

chellesscloset@buttonandthread I messaged bunch too. One with green jacket. Anyone liked but I saw the scam pages liked each other’s listings so likely one person or it’s a scam group. They usually work out of a warehouse together.

Aug 21Reply

chellesscloset@buttonandthread did the seller just block me or did posh remove their pages? I can’t see any anymore

Aug 21Reply

buttonandthread@chellesscloset - well, even if you’re blocked you can still see the page. You just can’t comment/bundle/purchase w/that person. So, either she deleted or posh did…

Aug 21Reply

jolieespofx@buttonandthread Omg ..that's so terrible ..I didn't know that people are doing this here on Poshmark 😱 😤 ....Wow ...thank you so much for this information.. Aug 21Reply

elizabethcat15@buttonandthread thank you for doing this .. I just saw this and didn’t know posh isn’t proactive about something regarding items worth this much. Pretty sad that they aren’t doing anything serious about it

Aug 21Reply

chellesscloset@elizabethcat15 they are not at all. And I promise when I see a scammer profile I’ll blast them and report!

Aug 22Reply

chellesscloset@jolieespofx they just started it few months back. It’s sad that they can’t work and choose to steal instead. They’ll meet the kharma train one day!

Aug 22Reply

jemstar71Reading through these makes me nervous! I just swapped my Saphari gown for a Lovebird 1/2 moon +175. The seller's account has 16 items up for sale (around the same amount of listings other scammers have), no love notes received, 4 given. This acct is from 2018... to be continued ⬇️

Aug 24Reply

jemstar71They stated my purchase shipped this am but only mentioned after my sale was tracking and no update on tracking for my purchase yet. I'm nervous this is a scam but dont know how to investigate. I googled the address and image searched the seller but nothing came up... 🥺😱 noooo! Any opinion or suggestions??? Only stock photos up as I purchased too.

Aug 24Reply

baseball_jenSeriously?! omg! smh!

Aug 24Reply

iheartmindy@jemstar71 I’d contact posh and demand to cancel it before they send you an empty box

Aug 25Reply

jemstar71@baseball_jen I got it today and it was absolutely perfect, it matches my red one exactly. I was sooo paranoid after seeing this post because I never knew about the Spell scammers. You invest in these beautiful pieces and it's disgusting that there are people out there just taking advantage! I got scammed with a Pandora bracelet and a dress not too long ago but luckily was able to dispute and get refunds. But uggh! What a pain!

Aug 26Reply

jemstar71@iheartmindy I was so scared after reading this post!! We shipped the same day and the dress came today.. super fast. There were some similarities from this warning post - which I truly appreciate!! - I had no idea there are so many Spell scammers, I've been scammed with other things and reading horror stories of what others have gone through is awful. She was wonderful. Thanks to this post I'll be very careful about my sales and purchases. Thank you ladies.. I don't want rocks or socks!

Aug 26Reply

kmgfhow can there be this much scamming going on. and posh has done nothing to stop her.. it's disgusting.. and I know all about not being able to get a refund when you don't get what was listed.. when posh SWEARS THAT YOU CANT LOSE .YEAH RIGHT!!

Aug 30Reply

chellesscloset@kmgf exactly!!!! That’s why I post everyone I find. Makes me furious!!!

Aug 31Reply

vcook302Poshmark is not doing anything about this! It's not just Spell, it's Brahmin as well. Just be careful!!!

juliusgirljr@chellesscloset scammed on posh 1st time in life by someone trying to buy something i was reposhing and saying her bid wasn’t going thru. She kept asking me to check this or that which i ignored her links and just went with what i knew but after 48 hours of trying everything and hearing from 2-3 other more laid back people showing interest or asking if it was on hold I followed her directions once and the second I dud it I realized I screwed up, so she got the $10 in that old bank account.
