Navy blue paisley design Front is lined and so is the attached romper short Sleeves are 3/4 length with a bell flare Shoulder to elasticized waist about 19.5” V neck wrap opening about 12” 2” inseam on shorts Waist is 12” relaxed but stretches to a little over 19” (laying flat) Tag is faded but material is polyester/spandex and hand wash.
