This was obtained from a local souvenir warehouse that closed down so this is NOS or New Old Stock. Because of the age there is a little patina. Manufacture date could be anywhere from 1965 to 1988. This is a small puffy heart necklace that is hollow inside (does not open). The heart is slightly under 1 inch (24mm). The chain is a nice 6mm twisted chain, also vintage. B4-2
