Vintage 1990s dress. Powder blue with sage green, pink & purple floral print. Short sleeves, shoulder pads. Peter Pan collar. Buttons down the front. Tank lining. Babydoll, empire waist with gathering. Semi sheer Indian cotton. Long, maxi length. Brand Papillon No size tag so please refer to measurements for accurate fit. Seems best for small to medium Great vintage condition with the exception of some stress on one of the seems of the bodice where it's starting to separate. See video
