This skirt has a weighted quality with a elastic waistband and sewn in side pockets! If you would prefer a solid waistband with a customized fit I can sew this for your specific size as instead. The Champagne gold sequin fabric is only slightly sheer & the pockets are a flesh/nude color. I have vintage slip skirts available if you would like one for underneath. Currently has a gold elastic waistband. Very shimmery!
