oatandhoney @bubbletopia I would say it’s pretty true to size, but could probably fit up to a small. It’s approximately 23” across from armpit to armpit and the length is about 22”.

oatandhoney @valresch The description online didn’t mention it being waterproof or insulated so I don’t think it is. The self, lining & fill is 100% poly and the trim is 100% cotton.
