The inside layer of this jacket is detachable by a zipper. There is some wear on the zippers (the black outside of the actual zipper) There is a spot on the back of the jacket that holds a hood you can unzip it to use the hood. The pockets don’t have zippers or anything to keep them closed. It does have drawstrings around the waist and the bottom of the jacket. This jacket is water resistant. I took measurements of the jacket laying down- from underarm to underarm 29”, waist 26”, length 33.5”.
