Clear Wine Glasses / Goblets with Purple Stems

Lovely set of two glasses/goblets from an unknown maker. The stems have a translucent, purple swirl design. I believe these to be hand blown, though I can’t be sure. Found 8 years ago on a clearance rack at Bed Bath & Beyond, but the cashier didn’t know how they’d gotten there, because she couldn’t find them in their system!
