This wedding dress is a custom piece from a seller on Etsy. It has 2 layers of light (powder) blue tulle with a sky blue silk underneath. The train is approx 4 feet long. The dress was custom made to fit a size 4. The top is see through to be able to put a blue or white bustier under it. I have attached pictures of both and will send the matching blue bustier with it. The buttons on the back are functional and it has a zipper for the bottom.
