BNWT White House Black Market short sleeve pullover blouse. Blouse is a smooth knit like fabric with black trim around collar and black accent bows on sleeves. Blouse is a v neck and has tiny key hole accent on sleeve where bow is. Blouse has pretty good stretch and is supposed to be form fitting. Size says Medium but please see pics for detailed sizing measurements. In my opinion it’s best for a size 6-8. I bought this blouse and never got to wear it.
