Any weird smells, snags, stains, rips, pilling or other issues? Sorry for all the questions, just hard to tell from the pics and descriptions!

@browserbynature - Hi! Measurements taken of skirt as you see it on photo above - flat lay on flat surface. Width 14.5" across waist, 20" straight across where pleats start, & 29.5" straight across bottom of skirt. Non smoking household. No other issues!
