Sugar Skull done in gold alloy. Hearts for the eyes. Blue and, white flowers enameled flowers with rhinestones. Chain is accented with a blue ribbon. Skull 1.5”, chain 14” and, can be extended to 17”. In very good condition. Worn once only.
