Same thing with the waist as the tie drops below that, it’s 31 1/2” but can be tied up or down by a bit. You can see what I mean in the pics

Hi. The waist that’s @31.5”… looks like it can only go down @ 1”. Does that seem right? I ask because mine is 28” and wasn’t sure if it could go that small. TIA!! -andi 🐼
