sta2021 @meghna0205 Hi! It's new, but without tag. According to my understanding , if expensive stuff will be bought Poshmark Team, before sending to buyer, will do checking of product if it matching the discription. In description said - genuine, no sign of wear - they will check it and only after checking they will send the product to you. You can send request to Poshmark team to confirm the procedure and that this particular bag will be checked by them

sta2021 do not know how to prove, can share more photos and I think if in description said 'Not used' or 'No sign of usage' and you can find that it's not true, you can return it as the product is not matching description
