VTG Good n Plenty 80s sleeveless sweater sz 42 L ?

Vintage Good n Plenty woman’s sleeveless wearer size 42 (I think it supposed to be oversized so a large? Please look at measurements below). Made in Kore. Material is 55% ramie and 45% acrylic.
